Finance Department is one the departments of Balkh Chamber of Commerce & Industries which has complete working hours and under the supervision of Regional Manager.

Vision & Mission of the Finance Department:

Finance Department is one of the key departments in provincial chambers and should try to attract the trust of business society. The Finance Department controls all financial affairs in a safe and convenient way.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily finance controlling and budget planning
  • Controlling financial markets and investment planning
  • Developing a sustainable financial system for the chamber
  • Developing an internal financial monitoring system
  • Supervising the daily basis of other departments
  • Coordinating the financial affairs with HQ and other Regional chambers
  • Promoting the finance operations of ACCI
  • Reporting from the property and financial affairs of regional chambers
  • Coordinating the internal programs for promoting the chamber
  • Conducting the procurement programs
  • Evaluation of the market and prices
  • Keeping the financial Archives

Budget Planning:

  • Monthly and annual report of revenues
  • Planning the budget for all the departments
  • Determining the needs of budget
  • Submitting the annual report to regional manager, chief of board of directors and HQ
  • Recommendation letters to other departments for promoting the finance base of the chamber
  • Quarterly budget planning for regional chambers
  • Collecting financial reports from other departments of the chamber

Accounting:

  • Daily accounting by using the stand software system
  • Daily archiving the documents
  • Managing and controlling the cash
  • Managing and controlling the property of the chamber
  • Keeping track of cash and check books

Cash Controlling:

  • Receiving the registration fee
  • Receiving all the revenues from sales and services
  • Repayment of all revenues of the chamber to HQ Account
  • Supporting membership department for controlling membership fee
