BalkhCCI is an independent legal entity, and self-administered, non-governmental, non political and non-profitable organization of the Afghan Business Community. The chamber promotes and protects the rights of the private sector, and coordinates, leads, and supports the business activities of its members and to the entire private sector of Balkh.

The new Income Tax Law contains some significant new changes but most provisions are a re-enactment of the provisions of the Income Tax Law 1965, as amended from time to time. The following is a summary of the changes that are new to income tax law in Afghanistan.
